How HUNTRIOT LTD collects, uses, protects and deletes personal and technical data across our website and internal publishing tool.

This Privacy Policy describes how HUNTRIOT LTD ("we", "us", or "our"), an HR consulting firm registered under Registration Number HE 489713 in Cyprus, collects, uses, processes and protects personal data obtained through our official website (huntriot.com) and our internal content management tool, HuntRiot Social Publisher.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Website Users & Advisory Contacts

  • Contact Details: Name, email address, phone number, Telegram handle, LinkedIn profile URL, professional background and consultation inquiries submitted through contact forms across our specialized focus areas (iGaming, FinTech and Adult/Digital Entertainment).
  • Technical Analytics: With your consent, browser and device details, page visits, campaign sources and conversion events collected using Google Analytics cookies. Google also receives technical connection information when analytics requests are sent.

B. Internal Application Data (HuntRiot Social Publisher)

When authorized HR administrators connect HUNTRIOT LTD's corporate social channels (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube) to our internal software, we collect:

  • OAuth Access & Refresh Tokens: Encrypted keys necessary to execute API publishing requests.
  • Account Metadata: Page IDs, channel names and basic account identifiers used to verify publishing destinations.
  • Media Assets & Execution Logs: Post captions, graphical media, video files, publication timestamps and system logs.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

We process personal and technical data strictly for legitimate business purposes:

  • HR Consulting Services: Providing talent advisory, organizational consulting and managing corporate communications within high-growth digital sectors upon user request.
  • Corporate Social Publishing: Automating the publication of HR insights, media content and company updates across HUNTRIOT LTD's official social accounts via API.
  • Platform Operations: Ensuring security, maintaining software stability and diagnosing API communication errors.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & SERVICE PROVIDERS

We use trusted third-party providers and official developer APIs to operate our platforms:

  • Social Network APIs: LinkedIn API, Meta Graph API (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok API and Google / YouTube API.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Providers: Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Actions for deployment and secret management, and secure databases.
  • Spam Protection: Google reCAPTCHA evaluates browser interactions on our hiring enquiry forms. Google processes browser and device information under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We use the resulting risk assessment to flag enquiries for review.

WEBSITE ANALYTICS & YOUR CHOICE

When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand website visits, Telegram link clicks, successful hiring enquiries and job applications. Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not affect the website or your ability to contact us or apply.

We do not send names, email addresses, message text, cover letters or CV files as analytics event data. Events may include the page, button location, campaign tags and the public vacancy ID. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this integration.

Your analytics preference is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it using Cookie settings in the footer. Declining stops further collection by this integration and clears its accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected. Google processes analytics data under its Privacy Policy.

SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES FOR YOUTUBE API SERVICES

HuntRiot Social Publisher uses YouTube API Services to publish video content. By accessing these features, users and administrators are bound by the Google Privacy Policy.

  • Scope of Access: We access channel upload rights solely to publish authorized corporate media content.
  • Revoking Access: Access can be revoked at any time through Google Security Permissions.

DATA RETENTION & ERASURE

  • Consulting & Contact Inquiries: Retained for up to 36 months from the date of last interaction or until erasure is requested.
  • API Credentials & Temporary Files: API tokens are maintained while a channel integration remains active. Temporary media files used for publishing are automatically removed from cloud staging within 7 days after publication.

USER DATA DELETION

DATA DELETION & REVOCATION

Users and social channel administrators may request data removal or revoke granted application permissions at any time.

A. How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Email notice. Send a written request to legal@huntriot.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Provide details. Include your full name, email address and the records or integration credentials you want deleted.
  3. Confirmation. We process and confirm requests within 14 calendar days.

B. What Will Be Deleted

After verifying a valid request, HUNTRIOT LTD will:

  • Permanently erase personal contact records and inquiry submissions from our database.
  • Revoke and destroy stored OAuth access tokens, channel metadata and system logs connected to HuntRiot Social Publisher.
  • Clear temporary media caches from our staging servers.
IMPORTANT NOTICE

Deleting data from HuntRiot Social Publisher removes internal tokens and system logs. It does not automatically delete content already published on external platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube). Published posts must be managed or deleted directly on those platforms.

  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram): Settings & Privacy → Business Integrations / Apps and Websites
  • LinkedIn: Settings & Privacy → Account Preferences → Permitted Services
  • TikTok: Settings and Privacy → Security → App Permissions

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS & SECURITY PROTOCOLS

Data may be transferred and stored securely on cloud servers outside the EEA. We enforce technical safeguards, including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 storage encryption and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure data protection compliance.

RIGHTS UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS
