Welcome to HuntRiot (huntriot.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our HR consulting website and our internal content automation application, HuntRiot Social Publisher ("Software", "Service"), operated by HUNTRIOT LTD (Reg. No. HE 489713, Cyprus).

By accessing our website or using our tools, you agree to these Terms.

SCOPE & BUSINESS PURPOSE

HUNTRIOT LTD provides HR consulting, talent advisory and management consulting services specialized in high-tech digital entertainment industries, including iGaming, FinTech and Adult entertainment platforms. HuntRiot Social Publisher is an internal software tool designed exclusively to manage and publish corporate content, research and marketing materials to official HuntRiot social media profiles (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and YouTube).

AUTHORIZED ACCESS

  • Internal Business Use: Access to HuntRiot Social Publisher is strictly limited to authorized HUNTRIOT LTD personnel and contractors. Public account registration is not available.
  • Account Authority: Authorized administrators connecting corporate social accounts warrant that they possess full authority to act on behalf of the respective accounts.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ACCEPTABLE USE

  • Content Ownership: All text, graphics, video content, research and branding published through the Service remain the exclusive intellectual property of HUNTRIOT LTD or its licensors.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Users may not use the tool to publish material that infringes third-party copyright, is illegal or defamatory, or violates platform policies.

THIRD-PARTY API SERVICES

  • Platform Dependencies: HuntRiot Social Publisher relies on third-party APIs, including LinkedIn, Meta Graph API, TikTok API and YouTube API. We do not control these external services.
  • Availability: We are not liable for publishing delays or operational downtime caused by third-party API changes, rate limits or outages.
  • Platform Rules: Users must comply with applicable third-party terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok Terms of Service.

SERVICE MODIFICATION & TERMINATION

HUNTRIOT LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend or revoke access to HuntRiot Social Publisher, or reset API tokens, at any time for security or operational maintenance reasons.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
